DK's Treehouse

🏠 A Cozy Cabin with Modern Comforts We’ve designed the space to feel as warm and inviting as it is functional. On chilly mountain nights, the fireplace insert creates the perfect ambiance, while the gas wall heater and mini-split A/C heater keep every corner of the cabin cozy. 🍳 A Kitchen That Feels Like Home The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, from a crockpot and rice cooker to multiple ways to brew your favorite cups of coffee and tea. We even provide fresh coffee beans (and a grinder) so you can start your mornings right. 💻 Remote Work & Play We made sure the cabin is as work-friendly as it is relaxing. Two ergonomic sit-stand desks each equipped with 27-inch monitors ready for you to plug and play (via USB-C). 🎵 Set Your Vibe and Unwind Every light in the cabin is on a dimmer because we know how much the right ambiance matters. Whether you’re streaming your favorite tunes on the Bluetooth soundbar or getting lost in a movie with the surround sound system, we’ve created spaces that help you truly relax. Outside, two large patios with seating and a hammock offer the perfect spots to hang out, sip coffee, and soak up nature. 🌲 Nature & Adventure at Your Doorstep The national forest is your backyard, with trails waiting to be explored just outside the back door. Bear Mountain and Snow Summit ski resorts are 7-8 minutes away by car. Big Bear Lake walking path, Big Bear Snow play area, and the Big Bear Convention Center are 1 mile away. 💛 From Our Hearts to Yours DK’s Treehouse is the result of countless hours spent crafting a space we’re proud to share with you. We’ve done our best to think of all the small (and big) things, from the heated bidet to the cozy fireplace, so you can simply arrive and enjoy. It’s a quiet, peaceful neighborhood where you can truly disconnect and recharge. Whether you’re here for a family getaway, a quiet retreat, or to mix a little work with play, we hope you enjoy our little cabin as much as we do!
